Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms. McChloe recommends that children use the internet under adult supervision.

We may change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to our Site from time to time.

Products Display

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

Prices & Payment

1. Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and product details are correct at the time of
    publishing this website. We reserve the right to make product changes, price changes and
    improvements during the validity period of the website.

2. Prices of products displayed are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). 

3. For Bank Wire (Thirs Party Transfer) method selection, you may transfer the total amount
    to us by " Cash Deposit Machine " ( manually bank in ) method or Online Banking System.
    And after you have made the payment, please sms us at +6017 3366 239 or email us.

EXTRA BANK IN

** Note : some cash deposit machine will not accept RM1 or RM5 notes, let say you need to pay us RM45, you can bank in RM50 to our account, we will send back the extra money to you when deliver your orders.

5. For International customers :
    Prices of products at www.mcchloe.com can be displayed in U.S Dollar ( USD ). And all the payments / 
    transactions shall be made in USD.

Processing time

For Standard and Rush orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon), Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Occasionally, during large promotional events, there may be an additional delay.

Free Shipping

Order over RM120 (Malaysia) and RM260 (Singapore) with Free Shipping are usually sent via Post Laju or Skynet and may take 3-5 business days to arrive at the destination. Total time to the destination also includes processing, which may take 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Shipping Charges

For West Malaysia citizen order below RM120 we will charges RM7. East Malaysia citizen order below RM120 we will charges RM10.  Singapore citizen order below RM260 we will charges RM30.

For International customers :
Just write to us for the products you wish to purchase, and we will give you the quotation, complete with delivery charges according to the country where you reside. Or just kindly please contact us for the shipping rate at buy@mcchloe.com

Next Business Day Delivery

All orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon), Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Post Laju or Skynet the following business day before 4:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday).

Cancellation of Orders / Delivery

Cancellation of order must be notified via email or sms to us within 24hours of order.

Secondly, if our products out of stock, we will automatically cancel your oders within 24 hours notice by via email to inform customers.

Refund Policy

We provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless of  the reason being defected item. And we will provide you 100% cash refund to your bank account after you return it to us in same condition you receive it. ( no stains, no scratches, unused , no washed , no perfume, no dirt or damages caused by carelessness will not be accepted) . Please take note that this will not apply to small matter such as the colour variation due to actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

Secondly, if our mistaken for sending the wrong items to you, others reason of return are not allowed for items exchange.

Lastly, regarding the return delivery fees as below:

1. Wrong Delivery - If you received  a wrong oders, please inform us immediately! And send
    back the wrong item to us. Once we receive the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to
    you. All delivery fees will be bear by McChloe.com.

2. Defected Item  - If you received a defected items, please inform us as soon as possible and
    return it to us in same condition which you receive it. We provide you 100% cash refund to you
    or we will exchage it and redelivery back the same order to you. And the delivery charges will
    be bear by McChloe.com.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

Once the goods are sold, return of products is not allowed which is in good condition.
