Processing time

For Standard and Rush orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon), Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Occasionally, during large promotional events, there may be an additional delay.

Free Shipping

Order over RM120 (Malaysia) and RM260 (Singapore) with Free Shipping are usually sent via Post Laju or Skynet and may take 3-5 business days to arrive at the destination. Total time to the destination also includes processing, which may take 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

For West Malaysia order below RM120 we will charges RM7East Malaysia order below RM120 we will charges RM10.  Singapore order below RM260 we will charges RM30.

Next Business Day Delivery

All orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon), Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Post Laju or Skynet the following business day before 4:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday).

Shipping / Courier charges to International destinations:
We can ship our products to you via DHL,FEDEX, UPS or our Malaysia Shipments / Courier Services and the choice of registered mail. Just write to us for the products you wish to purchase, and we will give you the quotation, complete with delivery charges according to the country where you reside. We will send you an email invoice and PAYPAL acc details which you can made the payment through the PAYPAL to us.
